We are happy to accept return within 14 days of receiving the parcel. Items that have not been returned in their original packaging, with tags and labels missing or have been worn/ washed will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. We cannot accept any faulty return if the care instruction have not been followed.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local courier. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and we advise you to obtain proof of postage and tracking number.
Once we have received your return, we will process your refund within 7 working days. You will receive an email notification to alert you that a refund is being processed.
